      <description>&lt;P&gt;For older than 2023 old platform account What should I do with “unknown request failure” error message? That happens when I try to login in the eversafe account for first time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;username and password is correct( as wrong username password error is different) and it didn’t work and I had to make this account ( another account) as old community page login didn’t exist and needed same eversafe login . I have asked it by a ticket too no answer yet unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
