Help with transaction on CC - mistake

Hello,

I had ordered a new SIM card (for the size) because i changed phones. I was charged 11.50$ for it, which apparently should be credited back on the account when activated, but instead I was charged another 11.50$ on activation, instead of it being a credit.

Can someone fix this please?

You definitely shouldn't have been charged again, never heard of that bug. Hopefully everything was resolved to your satisfaction.
