    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to transfer my number from Virgin to Public Mobile today, and&amp;nbsp;received the following message from Public Mobile during the transfer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Hey, it's Public Mobile. We're having trouble transferring your number. Looks like you entered an incorrect ESN/MEID. Someone from our team will contact you shortly using your original phone number or the alternate number provided. You can also get in touch via our virtual assistant at:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat&lt;/A&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think my transfer is failed and do not know what to do for next step.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone give me some instructions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Here is a link to talk to a Public Mobile CS agent and they should be able to help you click the link below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To check if you put in&amp;nbsp;correct number on &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;iPhone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; go to &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;general&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;about&lt;/STRONG&gt; and scroll down and you’ll see &lt;STRONG&gt;ESN&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then you also see &lt;STRONG&gt;MEID&lt;/STRONG&gt; number. On &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;android&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; go to &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; then scroll down and click &lt;STRONG&gt;about&lt;/STRONG&gt; then click status, and then there you should see that ESN and MEID numbers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
