What are these and how do I earn them??? I'm new and very confused, I can't find any information on the site. 😞

@Fazereli You earn them by paying your bill and all other purchases add on and you earn 10 points annually and you earn them thru friends referrals and helping in the community and once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off you phone bill from your rewards portal in your account and

By participating , reading and helping others with questions . And learning and sharing and good things will happen

Give Back

$1-20 every 30 days

Earn up to $20 per 30 days by asking questions, helping others and voicing your opinion on the Public Mobile Community. The amount you are rewarded depends on your contribution level relative to overall contribution, which can change month to month even if you contribute very consistently. You can only ever qualify for one (1) Community Reward in a 30-day period, and you must act in accordance with Community Terms of Service at all times.

I guess they mean UPTO $20 as the max possible earned from community contributions.

@Fazereli I would say that if you choose to help here, do so because you want to help. The amount of work it takes to earn more than a dollar or two in "give back points" is significant, and probably not worth it as a strictly financial thing.
