      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife is trying to get into her account, we've tried the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Registered Eversafe account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset Password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waited overnight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account still says locked and to wait an hour when trying to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
