once you do send the Customer Support folks your message...keep watching the little envelop icon on top right side of the page will be highlighted when they respond to you.

PS...whats the nature of you question ? Maybe we can help before a CSA gets to it as they're fairly busy due to the recent Black Friday pandemonium.
