    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello again, community!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Note: @CanadianNerd and&amp;nbsp;@CanadianNerd2 are both me...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, as per&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269452"&gt;@Handy1&lt;/a&gt;'s suggestion, I created this 2nd account in order to make sure I'd get the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;$34/month for&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;40GB&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;@5G&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;offer, because last week I signed up for&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;$34/month for&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;20GB&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;@ 5G&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;promotion but couldn't activate it until I received the SIM card (this morning).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After I activated my 1st SIM card, I was finally able to change my subscription, so I no longer need this one (@CanadianNerd2). I don't mind paying the $5 for the SIM card that's on its way for the second account, but I don't feel I should have to pay anything else, because it was IMPOSSIBLE to get any agent's help when I needed it. (I feared that the Cyber-Monday offer would expire last night.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I sent several messages to the&amp;nbsp;CS_Agents, but never received a reply. And the website doesn't allow anyone access to their account until they have activated the SIM card. Very frustrating first-time experience.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I make sure I don't get charged for the 2nd account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
