Will auto payment take $2.00 off from bill next month?

Hello,

I've been subscribed the Text and Talk plan $15/month since July 2023. I set up auto payment using credit card since then, but I don't get any $2.00 off on my bill.

Is this promotion still available?

Hi @McDiarmid,

You are likely on the new points system rather than the legacy rewards. The new points system does not provide a $2 monthly discount for the auto pay feature. You do however receive 5% points back!

It looks like that. I see that I get 0.75 points (which is 5% of $15/month) in my account store.

That promotion is for customers prior to 2022.
