When I go through PM 'bot' always get 404 error trying to submit a ticket even after clearing cache.

You will need to submit a ticket to customer support and explain them your situation. Please provide them as much information as possible. The link to submit a ticket is:

Note: they will respond back to your community inbox so check back every few hours. The ticket volumes are higher than usual at the moment due to the Black Friday event
