The options for number changed are limited to 100 Mile House, Abbortsford, and Aiyansh in BC.

Does the city selection hold any significance or cal I choose any city regardless of where I live?

You can choose whatever city you wish @yuju

Especially these days where the vast majority of all telephone services include Canada-wide calling.
