Hi.

I have a basic plan with rewards like 2$/month because i autopay per exemple.

If i upgrade, will i lose these rewards and get the points instead?

HI @Zevenmore no worries, plan change won't affect rewards. You will still be on the legacy rewards and earn the same rewards after plan change

I have upgraded 3 times this year. I haven't lost a single Legacy Reward. Only YOU can change to the new Public Points system. If you ever see a screen that asks you to change or wants to tell you about it, STRANGER DANGER!

@Zevenmore You will keep your old rewards I can confirm there Ried to your account not your plan I just switched and kept mine have a look

Thanks you all but i went online (versus the app) and yes, i can keep my rewards but the plan i was looking for is for new subscription only...that bums me out since it is what i was looking for. 29$/10Gb @ 4G....since it will be a while for me to get a 5G phone. Presently i'm at 1Gb and it's too little but i'm not paying 10$ more a month for more. Regards.
