Hi everyone,

I just switched from fido to public mobile yesterday. For some reason, it was unable to activate the esim. I got all the confirmation message from fido that it was approved to transfer my number. So today I went in to the store to pick up a new sim card just public mobile and it still having the same issue. Did anyone have this issue?

If it is then you can delete it if you want to use a regular SIM.

If you want to use the eSIM, just contact a CS_Agent to look into the problem at:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
