    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/346696"&gt;@Thiagomv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need the Virgin SIM in your phone and not the PM SIM to receive the text!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just put the Virgin SIM and you will see the text. This is not a PM issue, it is a Virgin issue because they are the one that will send you the text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've asked to have my number transferred on Nov 17 from Virgin and so far my account still active with them. I have been told that Virgin did not receive the Yes confirmation for the number transfer and Public Mobile needs to send a new request. I tried to contact public mobile and so far anyone can help with. Very disappointed and thinking of my moving somewhere else where there is a live agent to fix problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
