What are the best ways and how to know you will earn points/ rewards on helping or interacting on the community?

there is no definite formula here as it is a PM's secret

But generally, just reply what you know and help out and others. A 5 mins and couple replies weekly will easily get you 1 or 2 points, but 10 or 15 can be a full time job. 🙂

spend lotsa time reading past and present posts from customers...learn how Solutions were reached. Do lotsa reading in the Get Help files. Bravo posts you find helpful.
