      <title>Waiting on SIM card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my account on Nov 25 and ordered a $5 SIM card to be mailed to me. I still haven't gotten my SIM card, am I being charged for the plan when I cant even use it ?&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
