      <title>Activation Failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I chose a plan yesterday and made the payment yesterday as well, but activation failed. I submitted a ticket this morning but haven't heared anytihng back yet. Please help and make this process better!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
