I used a referral code to subscribe a mobile plan. My account has been activated for more than 48 hours. However, I didn't see the 10 points referral credit in my account. Does anybody know how long to take to apply the referral credit to my account?

Sometimes up to 72 hours.

Normally takes 72 hours to update the $10 credit into your account.

Hi @montem , it usually takes roughly 3 days for the credit to appear on your account. If it doesn't appear by Tuesday, let us know!

Also, you will not see 10 points in your rewards system. You should see $10 in your available funds.
