Do you actually have no service, or are you concerned because the site/app says it's about to stop? PM has always had this [insert adjective] issue where on day of renewal it says you're expired, even on autopay (so it's not a function of using a voucher). Both screen captures are timestamped 8:12 so I'm not sure if the OVERVIEW image is before or after paying.

If your service has actually stopped working, that's a different issue.

my plan expired today so I went and got a voucher to pay for this upcoming month. the payment instantly went through and the funds were already out of my account again but the subscription isn't working and it says I need to pay to resume my services. i would also like to add this has happened to me before and I just ended up paying for it again because I couldn't get a solution so if someone could help that would be appreciated.

Hey @raycist , try clearing your browser cache or accessing the service from a different browser. Also, double-check your subscription details and payment history in your account settings.

If these don't work, it might be best to reach out to customer support directly with the transaction ID and details. They usually sort things out pretty quickly.
