      <description>&lt;P&gt;My son had this error code. &amp;nbsp;I put in a ticket but a few hours after it happened I logged into his account in the app and was able to continue the process to activate his account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/352020"&gt;@BRenda18&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a payment error.&amp;nbsp; You have to wait an hour and try again, better to try with a different credit card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, make sure the address and name you setup with PM EverSafe is the same as those on your credit card&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not (totally) trying to be funny, but it's not that far off "click here to submit a ticket" and then you find out here that the button is broken and does nothing (instead you message an agent using the link posted upthread by a couple of users).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
