29$ Per month plan

Hi, I am a pm user, I wanted to use the black friday plan that is 29$/per month for 10 GB 4g data. But when I sign in , I am not able to see this plan in the change subscription . Can anybody help? Thanks!

Hi @Ghazall , the $29/10gb plan is only for new activations only unfortunately (new clients).

It says for new activations now but I do remember seeing it under my change subscription options when the website was experiencing "slowdown" on Black Friday. I was unable to choose that plan due to the site issues at the time and could not find it any more after the issue was resolved. I'd like that plan too if possible but perhaps it was a glitch/bug. I won't be surprise if they make it available for existing users maybe as a Christmas promo but you can try submitting a ticket to inquire if they would honor it.
