      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I subscribe a plan "text and talk" $15/month.&amp;nbsp; This plan also offers 250Mb data/month, but it never works for me since the first month use.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume when my Wi-Fi is off, the Mobile data should be on for use, but nothing happens.&amp;nbsp;I can't use data at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;McDiarmid&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Turning off the wifi only disconnects you from the WiFi network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to conserve your data, make sure you turn on/off your mobile data when needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can check if APN is set to sp.mb.com or isb.mb.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on iOS then go to Settings, Cellular data and go to Cellular Data Networks.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Android then go to Settings, Connections, Mobile networks and go to Access Point Names.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Then you can check if you have the right APN settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't help then you can reset networks, to do this on iOS go to Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Reset and click Reset Network Settings. For Android go to Settings, General management, Reset, Reset network settings, Reset settings and&amp;nbsp;Reset to confirm. &lt;EM&gt;Keep in mind this will reset all your Wi-Fi passwords so you will need to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
