      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, i tried to activate a plan but stoped at step 6. Error message: subscription not activated&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;is asking to contact support, I talked to someone at the chat but they told me they can not help and try here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All activations need the app to activate .       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/353002"&gt;@voivode&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you activated with physical sim or eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if physical, still try your sim card and see if it connects to PM network.&amp;nbsp; If eSIM, check if the eSIM was actually already installed but just not set to active.&amp;nbsp; And check if you get any Welcome email and scan the QR code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not help, please submit ticket with CS agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
