      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently switched numbers to Freedom Mobile and got a text from public mobile to confirm the transfer which I completed, but my phone number still has not been transferred. My account number at Freedom is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;DBC20006513954. If I could get assistance with this would be appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
