    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey I wanted to select one kf the promotional offers for black Friday but my account did t have enough on it to do so. I got a payment voucher and it wouldn't let me submit it without paying for the old plan that I already had but I wad trying to switch plans and I could only do that kf the money was in my account. It ended up paying for the old one and not giving me the features I wanted as well as not even actually gojng through at all so I have&amp;nbsp; l service at all and I just put more than enough for either of those two plans on here. Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
