Where is Wifi Calling for a Galaxy S21 Plus

I have a Galaxy S21 plus, that is wifi calling capable, so why is it not showing in my settings and why cant I anable and use wifi calling, if PM enabled wifi calling last February. I joined and subscribed to PM 5G/40gb in September and PM FAQs say all new accounts with wifi calling capable device are enabled on activation????

At this time, Public Mobile doesn't offer WiFi Calling. It may be on your phone, but the service it self is not offered.

Hello @atj , unfortunately Public Mobile doesn't support WIFI calling. It is on many people's wishlist.

The current workaround is to use apps like TextNow, Whatsapp, FB Messenger, etc.

I was confusing VoLTE and wifi calling. Wifi calling would be nice though.

@atj , as of February 22, 2023 Public Mobile implemented VoLTE (Voice over LTE) but unfortunately not Wi-Fi Calling! 😞
