      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Help please! Yesterday, I was subscribing with the 5G 40GB FOR $34/mo deal with Public Mobile. There was an error at the end of the esim activation and now I can’t use my phone. Fido already deactivated my account. I don’t have the QR code as I didn’t receive confirmation welcome email. I can’t log in to Public Mobile App because it needs confirmation from my phone number but I can’t access it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;And everytime I log in, it shows this;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to phone number . We will need you to confirm this number. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
