      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My activation failed and I'm stuck in a loop of logging in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;i can't even get in touch with customer support because of that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Who can i talk to?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/352833"&gt;@Jpch&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you activating esim or physical sim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if physical, try the sim in a phone first.&amp;nbsp; But if esim, check if it is installed or check Welcome email and scan the QR code to install&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not help, submit ticket with CS agent here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don’t use Firefox, I hit the loo with Firefox brave seemed to work. &amp;nbsp;Other than that make sure you disable the previous sim on your phone during the activation process&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
