      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have an issue with porting and sent a message to CS admin and have not gotten back to me. I need to get my phone sorted out. Ported from Virgin to Public Mobile, but number still says it belongs to Virgin. Also, unable to receive calls, can only send calls. Please advise.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
