      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was subscribing to a new plan as a new subscriber but after several failed attempts to process payment ... I finally got one through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I got an "Activating Error" message and it said and I quote "Oops! Looks like something went wrong when we tried to create your account!&amp;nbsp; Your payment was processed, but an account configuration error occurred.&amp;nbsp; Please click below to submit a ticket and finish creating your account.&amp;nbsp; Check the Community for a response from an agent.&amp;nbsp; Error Code: 820"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see that PM has already charged me but curious if they should charge me once I get my sim card via mail as my phone doesn't support e-sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
