      <description>&lt;P&gt;My eSIM got deactivated after getting my phone fixed and they did a reset. I can’t get into my eSIM &amp;amp; I end up buying a SIM card to avoid the problems with eSIM. I can’t get into anything without my phone number &amp;amp; I’m not getting a reply from the company. Anything helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
