      <title>I ported a number that is already active.   Can someone from the Public Mobile team reach out?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up today like many to take advantage of the Black Friday deals. &amp;nbsp; Long story short, I asked for a number that I had in 2022 with another network. &amp;nbsp;The registration process should have threw up some red flags but did not, subsequently, when I call this number, it goes to that other person on my old carrier. &amp;nbsp; Simple thing is to get a new number assigned in place of this. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every other function works as expected except calls coming to this number. &amp;nbsp;Outgoing calls / texts, are fine; incoming calls / texts get received by the other person and I can't sign in to my account to request a number change as it sends the verification code to the other person's phone. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
