Not now. If you do it now, you will lose what you've already paid. When you pick renewal date, it will start then and you won't lose a penny!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to get a live agent to find out if the black friday deal will actually lower my subscription or if I will pay double the first month of change. Subscription was due on&amp;nbsp; nov 24 and new cycle started today. So will I be charged for old one that restarted yesterday or will new black friday one begin and kick back a $6 credit for the first month?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No refunds. It warned you when you changed the plan, and provided an option to change it at next renewal (automatically) instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
