    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ported into PM yesterday amid the website issues of BF and ran into complications when activating the eSIM rendering the plan useless due to not being able to get signal whatsoever.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Decided to port out the same day due to these issues and unable to contact support. However I have already been charged for the service. I would like to obtain a refund. If anyone from PM could reach out to open a ticket and process the refund I would appreciate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can reach out to a CS agent and speak to them about what happened.
