Hey! In My Account go to the Payment tab >Manage Subscription >Manage Payment method. Enter in your new card information there!

If not, the website is finicky. Try again in one hour (sometimes locked out if trying too many times).

Use a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device.
