      <description>&lt;P&gt;send message to CS_Agent.&amp;nbsp; Ask them to help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you could use Telus to port in the number and leave the PIN as account number.&amp;nbsp; I was succeed by this way&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Yuanlin, the PIN from Ctexcel is 4 digit, and the account number Public Mobil requires is at list 5 digit.&amp;nbsp; I tried the acount number and it won't pass.&amp;nbsp; The only option is to put IMEI number, but the error message is the phone number and IMEI/Account Number doesn't message, presumbly because it is under Telus but not Telus.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
