Do you mean can you use a 3G plan on a 4G phone? And the same for 3/4G on a 5G phone. If that’s what you mean then yes you can.

the 5G plan just a 5G speed plan

Using your 4G phone, you can get speed higher than ypuwould have got with 4G plans , you would get close to 250 Mbps

About your question, it is YES, you can use your phone with the plan of 5g. When I do research on all resources on Google, it said it can support you to use with 5g plan while your phone is 3/4g phone. For example, I am the 4g phone user and have purchased the plan of 5g.
