      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up last month for a 3month plan prepaid. &amp;nbsp;I Used 1 month and now would be my second month and i have no service, data etc…. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;what can i do as I need my phone especially when I leave the house. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pls help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Dial 611 to hear status of your account. Did you register your credit card for Autopay when you activated ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you post a screenshot of your plan details in the chat so we can see which plan you selected. Also, what was the amount debited from your credit card/bank account? Perhaps you selected a 30 day plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
