      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please assist , new customer switched over , I’ve successfully made my account payment went through than received an error message number 820 “ unsuccessfully activation”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried downloading the app and still received errors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
