      <title>Issue when activating and porting number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to activate my PM account with a physical SIM that I received in the mail from PM. I am switching and moving a number from Telus, and went through the whole activation process. It seemed like I was near the end of the process and I thought that maybe I was supposed to switch my SIM card already, so I swapped it (maybe too soon?). The activation didn't work, and now I don't have an option to attempt activation again. Does anyone know what my steps are at this point?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have 90 minute window to reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed it, I will pm you the Porting number to talk to an agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
