      <title>Having problems with sign up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I paid for the service last night and got a confirmation email saying payment went through, checked with my bank as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Downloaded the app and tried activating e sim, failed activation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I logged into my account and its asking for a payment and I need to pay $5 for a e sim which failed to activate, unable to reach anybody as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did not receive activation email or e sim qr code, unable to use the service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
