Hi,

I thought removing my esim and readding it would provoke a new number transfer, but now when I go to add it back it says the sim is invalid.

Can i recover my esim? Or is it lost forever? If lost, how do i get a new one?

@Alex1994 sorry this is the problem with eSIM, once you installed and deleted , or change phone, you will need to re-buy new one 😞

Since you need to re-buy, consider to change it back to physical sim so you won't have the same trouble, especially when you change phone. You can get physical PM sim from Telus or Koodo store

But if you want to re-buy esim, download the app on your phone, click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there
