      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in the process of setting up my new account. I am trying to port my number from my Telus prepaid account. But I'm stuck on step 6. It says "Subscription not activated" whenever I log into the app. I have a physical Public sim card which I haven't inserted into the phone yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the plan about a week ago. The 20 gig for $34. As well as a physical sim. I was on the last step of transfering my number. Now when I log into the app it goes straight to step 6 and says "subscription not activated".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
