    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to ad to this, if there is a deal here you want to grab now, you CAN reach out to the other service provider and ask them how much it would cost to buy out your contract. If you have say 3 months left and it's $60 to pay it out, that might be worth it to the money you save between here and there over the long run. Make sense?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

No way to do it ahead of time. Well, can't really port before your contract ends so you may have to pay one extra month of service before porting over to PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are talking about purchasing in the future, it won't matter, you can just port when you switch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
