      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signed up this morning, received email that all is good. Phone is still showing "unregistered sim". Tried removing and re-inserting sim. No change. No service. Restarted the phone several times. No change. No service. Very frustrated. Public Mobile app very slow, difficulty logging in. Need help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

See if it'll work in a different phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;due to overwhelming uptake of PM 's Black Friday offers, the PM website has been "swamped" today. Things should get back to normal tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
