      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything is freezing and taking a long time to load or even freeze up. It's Black Friday and it's causing the systems to freeze. Try again later tonight or tomorrow morning when there is less traffic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
