My phone isn’t working while I’m out of country. Shouldn’t it just go to voicemail?

@Cowardlp PM service only works in Canada and USA (with appropriate plan or add on). People calling you should indeed be sent to voicemail. What happens when someone calls you?

Hi @Cowardlp PM does not have roaming service (extra charge or applicable plan) outsidr of US

When you are away from Canada, there will be no service , but if people call you, the call will be routed to VM. You can try to use VoIP app TextNow to call yourself and retrieve VM

Yes voicemail is set up. Been with public for years. Had add on to us but it expired now but my phone should still go to voicemail but it’s not it’s saying the client is unavailable.

You had a USA calling add on that worked and subsequently ran out and you are still in the USA? I would contact customer service to see if they have a solution for you. Link is below:
