      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi there,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got a 5G plan, but my Samsung S21 Ultra isn't picking up a 5G signal, and the 4G speed is also slow even though I'm in a covered area. Can you help fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a s21 ultra as well with a 5g plan and I'm getting LTE+ at my current location. When I'm in other locations, I will have 5g so maybe you need to be near a 5g tower?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
