    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My subscription failed to activate with the message - "Subscription Not Activated".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; All attempts to reach support take me to pages that don't load or 404 errors.&amp;nbsp; I'm about to loose all access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

IE: Are you a new user and unable to get your subscription to work? Was it previously working if you are a long time user? Is your account active and funded? etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Brand new to Public Mobile (and this isn't a very good start).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Downloaded the app, and started the activation process.&amp;nbsp; Got the message "Subscription Not Activated".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone is still working on old provider, but that's soon going to stop, then my phone will be essentially dead in the water.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Not impressed at all at this point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to be a member until a callback, and then I'm trying to resign today. Same situation. It timed out essentially at the payment page. Said the payment was successful, but the activation not complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
