      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my plan ran out and I was busy and having issues with my bank card. I couldn't use it unless I was physically tapping or inserting it. So I had tried to sign in from my phone and it would not let me, I tried from someone else's phone and same. But I continued on the other phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;And my brother had said, since this happened to him a few weeks ago, I need start over start with choosing a new plan again. As I proceeded with that I had to get a new eSIM which is now active on the phone I used and I need to switch it over to my phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
