@Willgn717 Did you leave your old sim in to receive the SMS? You need to do this and answer within 90 mins. Check your messages in a minute, I'll send you a number to call and restart the port.

@Willgn717 Some carriers don't send an authorization sms, does your old sim still work?

While you request the transfer through PM, you'll need to ensure that your old SIM is still in the phone so that you receive the SMS to approve the transfer. If that is the case, are you still getting SMS and is your phone still registering that you are connected with your old provider/carrier?
