You need to do this and answer within 90 mins. Check your messages in a minute, I'll send you a number to call and restart the port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While you request the transfer through PM, you'll need to ensure that your old SIM is still in the phone so that you receive the SMS to approve the transfer. If that is the case, are you still getting SMS and is your phone still registering that you are connected with your old provider/carrier?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
